What to Expect:
Daily Instagram Live Videos of Cardio and Strength-approx. 30 minutes each
We are working towards consistency, so each day we will cover the foundations of movement to build a strong and balanced body.
Equipment recommended: Yoga Mat or Exercise Mat and Free Weights (Light, Medium, Heavy)
I will not be able to use music in my trainings, so if you want to jam-make sure to get your beats ready!!

How Do I Sign Up?
Make your intentions known!! Follow and Comment on the Forever Wild Women Instagram Page Daily!! This is where you will find daily Live videos throughout the day as well as previously recorded sessions if you missed the Live Video.
