A morning yoga practice that will help you to shake off sleepiness, stretch out stiff muscles and creaky joints, gently energize your body and focus your mind. After this practice you’ll be all set for a fantastic, feel-good day. This yoga class offers the fundamentals of yoga postures, breath and meditation for ALL bodies. Please bring your own mat, water and wear layers as we will start cool, warm up, then gently cool again. We will have some mats to borrow. Arrive 10-15 minutes before class to allow yourself to settle in to the practice. Class will be held outdoors on the deck. Donation-based $10-$20. Beginner's Welcome! |
