The consultation is typically 30-minutes. We will go over your current Cardiorespiratory, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Balance, Flexibility, Mobility and other Fitness goals, We will also review injuries, medications and other areas that will need special attention. We discuss what has worked in the past, what obstacles have gotten in the way and what you want for your future.
After your consultation, we will put together a training plan based on the support you are looking for.
The length of your training plan will depend entirely on what you want. I recommend a program be at least 6 - 8 sessions in order to make the most lasting change. However, everyone is different. Some people want a shorter program and others prefer to have more of an ongoing relationship with their coach as a support system. Since this is about what you want, we work together to customize your program
Personal Training Options:
1. 6-Week Personal Training Package: A great place to start truly committing towards your goals!
Sessions are 1-2 times a week based on your schedule in-person or via zoom.
You have access to my support every day via email, phone or text...and we will have have our own private Facebook Group, just you and I, where I can leave you educational notes, videos, recipes, etc to add to your toolbox!
Sessions include program and routine write-ups or videos and supportive follow ups tailored specifically to you.
Sessions will focus on your successes and challenges from the previous week. What worked, what didn't work, explore why and then we will develop goals for the next week. Many people are surprised to learn that often the most productive sessions are often when you did not accomplish your goals. This is when you and I can really figure out what is holding you back from making the choices that will get you to where you want to be.
Our sessions are based on what is happening presently as well as any prep work we need to do to make sure you stay on track even during life events (Vacations, Work Away from home, Family, Holidays).
Determining any obstacles that have come in the way of your goals and establish solutions to prevent repeat habits or events that aim to de-rail us.
I understand that every person is different and their bodies and minds will react differently to methods and products, so I will be there for you to find the best path possible with open communication and feedback.
2. Personal Training 3-Pack: A wonderful option for the self-motivated go-getter!
1st Session is an exploration of exercises and movements based on your goals. We will go through multiple moves to narrow in on what works best right now.
2nd Session you will receive a written program, based on our first session. I guide you through the program to provide cues on proper form, repetitions, weight-load and frequency. (Typically not that long between 1st and 2nd session.)
3rd Session is approx. 2-3 weeks later. We meet to go over your program, add improvements and go over any questions you have.
You will then be on your own! Follow-up sessions available below.
